High Objects – Hassle-Free Returns & Refund Policy
At High Objects, your satisfaction is our priority. We’ve kept our return and refund policy simple and transparent so you know exactly what to expect.
1. What Can Be Returned?
You can request a return in the following cases:
1) Incorrect Item Received
If you received a product different from what you ordered, we will replace it with the correct item at no extra cost.
2) Quality Issues / Defective Product
If you notice a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will send you a replacement.
3) Damaged Product in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, we will either:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a full refund
after verifying the damage.
4) Change of Mind (Didn’t Like / Didn’t Match Décor)
If you simply changed your mind and the product is in perfect, unused condition, you can return it under our Change of Mind policy. In this case, a processing fee will be deducted from your refund:
- Order value up to ₹999 → Processing Fee: ₹150
- Order value ₹1,000 to ₹2,999 → Processing Fee: ₹350
- Order value ₹3,000 to ₹4,999 → Processing Fee: ₹500
- Order value ₹5,000 and above → Processing Fee: 15% of order value
The balance amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
2. Important Conditions
- All return requests (damaged, defective, incorrect item, or change of mind) must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging (including tags, inserts, and protective material).
3. Return Process (WhatsApp)
Step 1: Send us a WhatsApp message

- Clear photos of the product
Step 2: Approval Check
Our team will review your request and photos.
- If approved, we will confirm:
- Whether we will arrange pickup
- We will also inform you of the processing fee that will be deducted based on your order value.
Step 3: Pack the Product Securely
- Keep the product in its original box and packaging.
- Include all accessories, inserts, and tags.
- Make sure it is packed safely to avoid damage during return transit.
Step 4: Handover to Courier / Ship Back
- If pickup is arranged, hand over the parcel to the courier partner.
Step 5: Inspection & Refund
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect its condition.
- If everything is in order, your refund will be processed after deducting the applicable processing fee.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or UPI within 2–3 working days after approval.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
To cancel, contact us with your Order Number (e.g. SNXXXX):

- Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may then request a return as per the policy above (if eligible).
5. Refund Timelines
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
- Refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days to your original payment method.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will go back to the same card / UPI / wallet / bank account used at checkout.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items – How to Report
If your product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery :
