Shipping policy

1. Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE for all orders.
However, if you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal COD fee will be applicable.

2. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
Once shipped, delivery takes 5–7 business days (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as transit days).

Please note:
Heavier products such as furniture and large artificial plants may require additional delivery time.

3. Delivery Pincodes & Logistics Partners

We ship to approximately 19,000 pincodes across India through trusted third-party logistics partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Amazon Shipping.

In some cases, certain pincodes or remote areas may be non-serviceable or may require an additional delivery charge. Please contact us to confirm if your location is serviceable.

All orders shipping to the North-East and Jammu & Kashmir will incur an additional charge and must be prepaid only.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders below ₹3,999.
The applicable charges are:

• ₹60 for orders totaling ₹495 – ₹2,500
• ₹100 for orders totaling ₹2,501 – ₹3,998
